Recognizing that the experience of grief is both unique and universal\, Grief Matters offers additional support for those striving to learn\, grow\, connect\, and heal.\n\n\n\nEach month\, a topic or activity is presented that may help improve wellness and coping through education\, self-care\, and emotional expression. Participants are encouraged to try new skills and incorporate them into their lives if appropriate for their personal grief journey. \n\n\n\nPlease join us on the last Wednesday of each month for a different topic or activity because your grief matters!
