What is the face you show the world? And what is the real face of your grief? All materials and supplies will be provided.\n\n\n\nFacilitated by Annie Dalby\, LISW-S\n\nAnnie received her certificate of completion from the Wellstreams Training Program in Spiritual Formation in 2009. She serves as a spiritual director\, clinician\, and group facilitator for Cornerstone of Hope.\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Grief Matters Education Workshop Series:\n\nGrief Matters is a free monthly education workshop series designed to provide opportunities to explore and manage grief in new ways. Recognizing that the experience of grief is both unique and universal\, Grief Matters offers additional support for those striving to learn\, grow\, connect\, and heal.\n\n\n\nEach month\, a topic or activity is presented that may help improve wellness and coping through education\, self-care\, and emotional expression. Participants are encouraged to try new skills and incorporate them into their lives if appropriate for their personal grief journey. \n\n\n\nPlease join us on the last Wednesday of each month for a different topic or activity because your grief matters!
