• What you can and cannot ask during every stage of the hiring process
• Background checks and handling negative background information
• Offer Letters – best practices for avoiding future legal problems 
• “Negligent hiring,” “failure to hire” and lawsuits related to hiring
• Other applicant rights and employer obligations from start to finish

Regularly a $900 value, this workshop is only $295 per person. A rate of $245 is available to employees of non-profit organizations and additional members of the same company. Doors open at 8:00am and a light breakfast and beverages will be served.

The workshop is limited to 10 registrants and payment in full is required in advance.
