SUMMARY:Annual Lunch & Awards Program 2020
DESCRIPTION:Our morning business seminar will feature - 2020 Vision: Building Relationships through Resilience & Emotional Intelligence\n\n \n\nThroughout our session\, the participants will gain personal insight as they hear the stories of other people's resilience journeys. These stories will focus on\n\n	Changing Your Lens\n	Celebrating New Joys\n	Finding Health\n	Bouncing Back Faster\n	Being Heard\n\n As a part of the experience\, participants will share a story with their table partners about their personal journey. They will take a brief quiz on Resiliency to help them learn about the conditions in their life that set them up for bouncing back from challenges. And they will discuss a challenge they are experiencing and a way to reframe that challenge for a more positive outcome.\n\n \n\nAfter our break\, participants will begin to explore the concept of emotional intelligence and learn why it is the number one predictor of leadership success. After a brief overview of the five components of emotional intelligence self-awareness\, self-regulation\, motivation\, empathy\, and social skill they will have the opportunity to spend a significant amount of time learning from one another in table topic discussions.\n\n \n\nOur table topics include:\n\n\n	What are the qualities you have observed in your best leaders? Why are these qualities important?\n	How do you make your team members feel included and valued? What difference is this making to your business?\n	How do you handle a situation when you realize you are wrong? What is your approach to making things right? \n\n Participants will leave this session feeling challenged and motivated to look at their life story and leadership legacy in a more positive and profound way and to continue to spend time developing and nurturing their team dynamic.\n\n\n\n\n\nCharlotte Click is the Manager of Leader Effectiveness and Program Manager for the LEAD program for high potential managers at Cardinal Health.
