And Jill Roth from Body Awareness Coach will follow with a discussion on how to age backwards with an emphasis on stretching with an overview on working out with Essentrics  - a dynamic workout that lengthens and strengthens body muscles resulting in greater joint mobility and long\, lean muscles.
