DESCRIPTION:On Memorial Day weekend 2019\, the Westerville Sunrise Rotary Club will host the 11th Annual Field of Heroes across from the Westerville Community Center on Cleveland Avenue in Westerville\, Ohio. The Field of Heroes is a unique opportunity for our community members to honor their personal heroes - whoever they are... a family member\; a friend\; a veteran\; a member of the armed services\; a favorite teacher\; a police officer\; a firefighter or any other person who has made an impact on their lives.\n\n\n\nThis years theme is "Welcome Home"\, and in addition to the over 3\,000 American Flags\, the Forever Field\, Education Tent\, Tribute Area\, 5K Race on Sunday and more\, we will have two special performances on Saturday. The Westerville Library and Historical Society will perform "I'll Be Seeing You"\, a WWII Reader's Theater with local heroes featured. The Westerville Community Concert Band will also perform Saturday evening with a variety of patriotic songs followed by Echo Taps.\n\n\n\nFore more details and information please visit our website.
