Pete has a home on Apple Valley Lake near Howard\, Ohio\, and enjoys boating\, skiing\, and anything involving the outdoors along with his dog. He has three grown children with whom he enjoys traveling the world. \n\nPete is passionate about helping people leverage their strengths to improve business performance. He is a believer in increasing business results by focusing on how we interact and communicate with other people\, and is a financial expert. Michelle has a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University. She served as the Practice Manager and Business Director at a veterinary practice for more than 18 years.  Michelle also has an extensive background in advertising and marketing and has worked for several large advertising agencies in the greater Columbus area.  Her mission is to help businesses to reach their maximum potential.
