Attendees will gain insights into:\n\n\n	\n	How & why wellness programs work   and the measurable impact on employee engagement and performance.\n	\n	\n	Real-world success stories from both large corporations and small businesses.\n	\n	\n	Resources available across Central Ohio to support employers in designing or strengthening wellness initiatives.\n	\n	\n	Key questions employers should be asking their insurance companies about coverage\, incentives\, and support.\n	\n	\n	Interactive opportunities for attendees to share their own success stories and best practices with peers.\n	\n\n\nWhether your organization is just starting to explore wellness initiatives or looking to elevate an existing program\, this session will provide inspiration\, practical tools\, and connections to help you drive a healthier\, more productive workforce.\n \n\nMeet the Keynote Speaker!\n\n \n\nAmy Upp\, DrPH\, MS\n\nSenior Advisor\, Customer Strategy | OhioHealth Employer Solutions\n\n \n\nAmy Upp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health and wellness management\, currently serving as Senior Advisor for OhioHealth Employer Solutions - a division that partners with over 6\,000 customers through onsite clinics\, occupational medicine\, fitness and wellness programming\, and other retail and clinical services. In this role\, Amy works with employer partners to identify strategic goals to drive the well-being efforts using a variety of tools and operational services. Her more than 20 years of professional experience in health and well-being includes leadership roles in medically based fitness centers\, corporate fitness and wellness operations\, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Amy holds Exercise Science and Health Promotion degrees from Ball State University and Indiana University. More recently\, she completed her Doctorate in Public Health from Capella University.\n\n\n\nApart from her role at OhioHealth\, Amy has served as an Adjunct Professor at Antioch University and Otterbein University in the degree of Allied Health Care Administration. As a lifelong learner\, Amy is involved with\, and gathers insights from\, multiple professional organizations including the Health Enhancement Research Organization (HERO) where she also serves as a co-chair for the annual Healthcare Summit as part of the National Forum.\n\n \n\nAmy lives in Columbus\, Ohio\, with her husband\, Jason\, and their spirited puppy\, who brings joy and energy to their household. Amy and Jason are empty nesters\, with their twin son and daughter away studying their passions at the University of Cincinnati and Ohio Wesleyan University. Amy cherishes the time with her family who share her joy for travel. Together\, they take every opportunity to embark on adventures and immerse themselves in new experiences.
