He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher School of Business.\n\n\n\nBefore joining Lake Shore in 1986\, Michael worked as an engineer at Mound Labs in Miamisburg\, Ohio. At Lake Shore\, he has held management positions in Manufacturing\, Product Development\, Sales\, and Marketing.\n\nIn 2011\, Michael was appointed by then Commerce Secretary Gary Locke to serve on the President's Export Council Subcommittee on Export Administration (PECSEA). From 2011 until the completion of the committee's work in 2014\, he and 23 other executives from a range of industries advised the U.S. government on matters concerning the effects of export regulations on U.S. industry\, security\, and global competitiveness.\n\nMichael also serves on the Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) of The Ohio State University Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.\n\nDave Ciesinski\, President\, CEO\, Chief Operating Officer & Director\, Lancaster Colony Corporation\n\nDave Ciesinski is the President\, CEO & Director of Lancaster Colony Corporation (Nasdaq: LANC) and the President of T. Marzetti Company\, a wholly owned subsidiary and $1.5B manufacturer and marketer of specialty food products for the retail and foodservice markets. Most recently\, he served as executive vice president at the Charlotte Regional Partnership. He has also held positions at the Albuquerque Economic Development Corporation\, Fluor Daniels Global Locations Strategies and Savannah Economic Development Authority. Kenny graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Dickinson State University and a Master of Public Administration from Georgia Southern University. In October 2019\, Kenny was elected to serve as chair of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).
