Throughout his tenure and leadership\, KEMBA has nearly quadrupled in asset size and has more than doubled the number of member-owners served.   A veteran of the financial services industry\, he previously served in leadership roles at Assurance Banc Corp\, National City Bank\, and Beneficial Finance\, including 11 years as an entrepreneur in the mortgage industry. Decello earned his undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University\, and his MBA from Kent State University. He resides in Dublin with his wife\, and is active in various community organizations with an emphasis on financial literacy and serving the underserved across Central Ohio as well as furthering the credit union movement.
