DESCRIPTION:Have you being thinking about finding a business Mentor\, but don't know how to go about it?\n\nAre you looking for someone to help you get your business to the next level\, but don't know who to ask? \n\nA morning to focus on you as a CEO. Take time to learn about the importance of having a business mentor. Enjoy early morning networking and a continental breakfast before joining two 30 minute sessions at one of the Mentoring Roundtables. There will be plenty of time to network before\, after and even in-between sessions. At the end of the event you'll have the opportunity to ask questions about applying for the Mentor Match program.\n\nHOW THE MENTOR CONNECTION WORKS\n\nWhen you register\, you will be asked several questions about your business and your goals for your business. We will match you with Mentors at two Mentoring Roundtable sessions that we feel can help you with your goals. You will sit with 6-8 other participants and will get a chance to ask questions and hear the advice given by the Mentor assigned to your table. There will be two 30-minute sessions with a fifteen minute break for networking in between sessions. At the end of the event\, you will be asked to fill out an evaluation form and an application for the Mentor Match program\, which is one of the WSBA's three signature programs.\n\nHere is the LINK to learn more about the Mentor Match program.\n\nWomen who have been in business 3 or more years are encouraged to attend!
