Sharon has been recognized and honored by a long list of organizations\, including NAWBO Columbus.  She has owned her own business since 2002.  In addition\, Sharon has authored  "Career Boot Camp" a self contained full career transition program and co-authored two other publications\, "E-Cruiting" and "The Inspired and the Determined"\, workbooks used for start-up and scale-up business training.\n\nDianne Einstein\, graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton\, and was editor of the law review.  She first worked in general litigation in West Virginia where she learned valuable courtroom experience.   She learned that she enjoyed employment and family law cases.  When she moved to Columbus in 1999\, Ms. Einstein started concentrating her practice in these 2 areas of the law.    Dianne has handled a variety of interesting and unique cases\, including race discrimination\, age discrimination\, disability discrimination\, pregnancy and gender discrimination\, retaliation\, sexual harassment\, divorces\, dissolutions\, collaborative divorces\, same sex custody cases and adoptions.  She belongs to many associations and has received many awards.  She has received the prestigious rating of AV from Martindale Hubbell\, and was named a Lawyer of Distinction in Family and Divorce Law in 2018.
