DESCRIPTION:WesterFlora is a celebration of gardens. Each year the Westerville Garden Club holds a community landscape tour featuring about a dozen of the best home gardens in Westerville. For the last three years WesterFlora has been awarded first place by the Garden Club of Ohio as the Best Residential Landscape Design Event. The 2016 Tour will be the 25th consecutive year of WesterFlora\, which is family-friendly\, open to the general public and free of charge. To enhance the tour experience\, musicians will be performing and artists will be painting in the gardens. WesterFlora also hosts a ?treasure hunt? at each home\, enabling visitors to earn a prize. About two weeks prior to the event addresses of the gardens on tour will be provided in brochures available at the Westerville Community Center\, the Westerville Public Library and Hoover Gardens as well as on the web at www.westerflora.com.
