Through your efforts a family will be able to purchase a home. Fun facts: -Habitat homeowners have jobs\, must contribute 300 hours of sweat equity as their down-payment\, and have a 20-30 interest-free mortgage. -They may not sell the house for 10 years without penalties and restrictions. -Your actions and donations allow the mortgage to be interest-free. -Each year. $$ from CA's Empty Bowls/Soup4Shelter event are used to purchase the lumber for the Walls Build.
