DESCRIPTION:The Westerville Area Chamber's Music & Arts Festival draws annually 18\,000 people and hosts more than 130 local/national artisans\, 30 performers\, 20 food vendors and a headliner concert. Only through the support and generosity of Chamber member businesses has this event been able to last 46 years. With your sponsorship\, you can help us hold another Festival that will make our neighbors proud and showoff our community to all central Ohio and beyond.\n\n \n\nDuring the two day Festival we know that there is an indirect impact on our local economy of nearly $950\,000 with more than half of Festival patrons coming from roughly 11 miles away into our community (2018 Economic Impact Analysis). Please\, consider sponsoring and help us continue to make #westfest19 an annual tradition that makes our Westerville community proud.\n\n\n\nTIER ONE SPONSORSHIP: $5\,000 (Limited to five\, two remaining)\n\nSPONSOR TO RECEIVE:\n\n	Logo displayed on print materials: Poster\, postcard\, t-shirts\, promotional fan\, event branding at Festival entrances\, walkway banner\, specialty stage signage\, Festival kiosks and shade tents.\n	Logo on one (1) table in front of Main Stage and one (1) yard sign on Festival grounds.\n	Logo on all digital marketing leading up to and during the Festival.\n	Opportunity for short promotional video of sponsor on FB live the weekend of the Festival or during the two weeks leading up to the Festival weekend.\n	Full page\, color ad in Festival guide distributed to 25\,500 Westerville and Sunbury homes and  5\,000 throughout Festival grounds.\n	Sponsor tent available all weekend located on main walkway\, across from Chamber tent. Tent\, table and chairs complimentary with sponsorship.\n	Ten (10) complimentary beer tickets for the Festival Headliner Concert on Saturday\, July 13\, 2019.\n\n\n*Sponsorship must be confirmed by May 3\, 2019 to be on shirts.
