She oversees all aspects of Velvet Ice Cream\, which has 125 employees and produces and distributes more than five million gallons of ice cream each year.\n\n\n\nDager and Velvet Ice Cream give back tirelessly to their local community through a number of efforts\, including: hosting and supporting the annual Utica Sertoma Ice Cream Festival\; promoting\, raising funds for and riding in Pelotonia and much more.\n\n\n\nIn 2007\, Dager was named to the Columbus Business First "Forty Under Forty" list for influential business leaders. Checks can be made out to "Make-a-Wish". $10 store gift cards are also encouraged for donation. These are sent as 'thinking of you gifts' for teens who are waiting for wishes. \n\n\n\nMake a Wish is also collecting: frequent flyer miles to any airline. 80% of wishes are travel related\, and those miles keep flight costs down. All airlines waive the expiration date when they are donated to Make-A-Wish. \n\n\n\nMake a Wish is also looking for people who have travel connections\, media or marketing expertise\, and sports connections (OSU and pro teams.)\n\n\n\nGet the Early Bird Special of $25 and Register through April 10\, 2017.\n\n\n\nAll Women in Business events are open to all to enjoy.
