Her research areas include student-athlete development and sexual assault prevention in college athletics. She previously served as the executive director of a rape crisis center and worked in athletic advising. Dr. McCray received her BA and M.Ed. from the University of Southern California.\n \n During the presentation participants will take part in an interactive active called 'Race for the Jobs\,' which illustrates how your background can help or hurt you when applying for jobs.
