Whether you're single or in a relationship, the RELATIONSHIP REVOLUTION, an immersive experience led by Relationship Therapist and Coach, Sabrina Suarez, is designed to engage your mind and body as you experience a profound deepening of connection, taking your relationship(s) with yourself and others from good to great!

Energy & Intention
Attraction & Intimacy
Communication & Boundaries
Repair & Reconnection After Hardship

You will engage in:

Meditative practices that deepen self-awareness.
Mindful movement that allows the mind to learn from the body and access inner knowing.
Reflective dialogue and journaling that cultivates a sense of safety, intimacy, and closeness with oneself and others.

*In the event of inclement weather, the in-person will be postponed to the following date: August 4th | 10 AM-12 PM

*In-person participants will receive a pen and journal.

*Partial scholarships are available upon request.

*Material not applicable to those needing acute support (ex. in abusive relationships).

*Material is applicable to many different relationships, including but not limited to: Relationship with yourself, friends, family, romantic relationships (heterosexual, LGBTQIA+, monogamous, ethically non-monogamous, polyamorous, etc.), and work relationships.
