“When Words Aren’t Enough” offers a supportive, creative space to explore loss through art, symbols, and reflection. Through gentle, guided activities, you’ll have the opportunity to express what may feel difficult to name, while honoring the ongoing connection you hold with those you’ve lost.

Whether your grief is recent or long-held, you are welcome here, just as you are.


About Grief Matters Education Workshop Series:
Grief Matters is a free monthly education workshop series designed to provide opportunities to explore and manage grief in new ways. Recognizing that the experience of grief is both unique and universal, Grief Matters offers additional support for those striving to learn, grow, connect, and heal.
 
Each month, a topic or activity is presented that may help improve wellness and coping through education, self-care, and emotional expression. Participants are encouraged to try new skills and incorporate them into their lives if appropriate for their personal grief journey.
