Small businesses are the backbone of the Westerville Chamber—and this Summit is built for you.

Hosted by our Small Business Council, this inaugural gathering creates a new platform for connection, collaboration and conversation—going beyond what we can accomplish in a luncheon, SOHO or Lunch & Learn.
 
This is an opportunity to bring together our largest segment of members to focus on what matters most:

• Fostering collaboration among small businesses
• Providing access to resources that drive meaningful growth
• Advocating for small businesses locally and regionally

 
Expect intentional conversations, real-world insight and space to connect with other business owners navigating similar challenges and opportunities.
 
Programming will take place from 3–5 p.m., followed by networking.

Sharon DeLay, GO-HR

Sharon DeLay is an HR consultant, business owner, national speaker, and President of GO-HR, an outsourced HR firm serving small and micro businesses across the U.S. Through GO-HR, she partners with organizations to build compliant, practical, and people-centered HR practices across strategy and compliance, recruiting and onboarding, training and development, benefits consulting, and workplace investigations. Sharon brings deep experience from higher education, direct sales, communications, and corporate leadership, and is known for translating complex HR and employment issues into clear, actionable guidance for business owners and leaders.

Sharon holds an MBA and multiple undergraduate degrees and maintains senior-level HR credentials including SPHR, SPHRi (international), and SHRM-SCP, along with certifications as a Career Coach, Résumé Writer, and EEO Investigator. She recently earned SHRM’s AI+HI Specialty Credential, reflecting her focus on the responsible and ethical integration of artificial intelligence with human intelligence in the workplace. An active industry and community leader, Sharon serves in leadership roles with the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio, has held board positions with business and nonprofit organizations, and regularly contributes her expertise through training, mentoring, and community engagement focused on strengthening workplaces and small businesses.

Sharon lives in Columbus, OH (O-H!) with her husband and three dogs. From April through October they enjoy camping with friends. In August 2026, she is taking her Level 1 certification example through the Wine & Spirits Education Trust.

Ryan Keller, Triad Marketing & Media

Ryan is a third-generation family owner at TriAd Marketing & Media, a local Westerville marketing agency that has served local businesses for nearly 55 years. Ryan's background in data analytics and visual communication technology has facilitated the growth of digital marketing, SEO and advertising at TriAd and he now personally manages over half of TriAd's clients. Ryan is also one of the founding members of the AI Freedom Alliance, an organization that educates business to help improve their operations through the use of AI technology and compete in the modern environment. 

Brian Lorenz

State Representative Brian Lorenz is serving his first full term in the Ohio House of Representatives, representing the 60th Ohio House District. The district includes western Delaware County.

Representative Lorenz was appointed to the Ohio House in May 2023 and was elected by the voters in November 2024.

Representative Lorenz and his wife, Sue, reside in Powell with their four children: their son, Henry, and their triplet girls, Annie, Betsy, and Charlotte. Sue is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, a background that has helped shape Representative Lorenz’sunderstanding of the important role nurses play in Ohio’s health care system. Her work has made him a strong friend and advocate for nurses and the patients they serve.

Representative Lorenz serves as Vice Chair of the House Development Committee. He also serves as a member of the House Insurance, Energy, and Transportation committees.

As a legislator, Representative Lorenz has been an active primary sponsor of legislation. He is the primary sponsor of over 70 pieces of legislation, including 44 bills and 29 resolutions, addressing a wide range of issues including local government, property tax relief, transportation, economic development, regulatory reform, public safety, health care, military families, elections, and support for individuals with disabilities. Among his sponsored legislation are bills to authorize a homestead exemption for surviving military spouses, increase the standard homestead exemption, establish a universal regulatory sandbox program, address autism therapy coverage, and enact Keith’s Law regarding the communication disability database.

Representative Lorenz brings extensive local government and planning experience to the Ohio House. He was first elected to Powell City Council in 2010 and later served as Mayor of Powell beginning in 2016. After his tenure as mayor, he returned to City Council and continued serving the Powell community. In addition to his elected service, he represented Powell as a member of the Powell Community Improvement Corporation and served for six years on the city’s planning and zoning commission. His professional background as a city and regional planner has shaped his practical approach to public policy, particularly on matters involving responsible growth, development, land use, transportation, and local communities.

Representative Lorenz has also been involved in public education and community service. In 2015, he joined the Olentangy School District Facilities Committee, where he worked to support and improve public education in Central Ohio. His community involvement also includes service as a volunteer at the YMCA. He is a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Delaware, an active member of the Knights of Columbus, and a proud member of the Ohio Farm Bureau.

A native of Mansfield, Representative Lorenz graduated from Lexington High School in 1991. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Planning from the University of Toledo in 1996 and later earned a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State Universityin 1999.

Adam Price, Reach Realty

 Adam Price is the Principal Broker and Owner of Reach Realty, an independent real estate brokerage built on a people-first approach. Adam is known for his thoughtful advisory style and commitment to serving clients with care. He's actively involved in Westerville through nonprofit, leadership, civic service, and believes strong communities are built through trust, service, and connection.









 

Beryl Brown Piccolantonio

Representative Beryl Brown Piccolantonio is serving her first full term in the Ohio House of Representatives, for Ohio’s 4th House District. She serves in House leadership as Minority Whip. Rep. Brown Piccolantonio serves on the following committees: Education, Finance, Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, Judiciary, Rules and Reference, and as ranking minority member of the Workforce and Higher Education committee. 

Rep. Brown Piccolantonio has built a strong career in public service. A graduate from Ohio Dominican University and The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Rep. Brown Piccolantonio has devoted her professional career to enhancing the lives of her community. For over twenty years, she worked as an attorney for the state of Ohio where she held many roles. Rep. Brown Piccolantonio presided over administrative hearings, worked in the human resources and legal departments as the Director of Labor Relations, and served as chief ombudsperson for Ohio’s workers’ compensation system.

Much of Rep. Brown Piccolantonio’s focus has been spent on labor relations, where she prioritized workers’ rights and strived to create an equitable workplace for those she serves. 

In 2016, Rep. Brown Piccolantonio joined the Gahanna-Jefferson School Board, where she served as President. Her passion for ensuring that every student in Ohio has the ability to pursue their dreams by receiving a high-quality education and her love for the Gahanna community motivated her to run for this position. As a dedicated public servant, parent, and a longtime resident of Gahanna, Rep. Brown Piccolantonio felt that joining the school board was a way to give back to her beloved community. In her first meeting as an active school board member, she was asked to lead the Board as president and held that role through the entirety of her tenure on the board.  Rep. Brown Piccolontanio’s experience as an attorney dealing with labor relations and mediation helped her excel in this position.

Rep. Brown Piccolantonio is a lifelong Ohioan who resides in Gahanna with her husband and three sons. She is excited to serve her community at the state level and work to build an Ohio that puts people first.
