The Annual Children's Christmas Parade will be held directly after the Rudolph 5K Run/Walk (approximately 3:15pm). The parade route starts at Westerville South High School (303 S. Otterbein Ave) to Electric Ave. and then North on S. State St. ending at St. Paul Church (313 N. State St.).
