In this honest and empowering Women in Business luncheon, a panel of trusted healthcare professionals - including an MD, a women’s physical therapist, a yoga therapist, and a mental health expert - will explore what it looks like to take deep, intentional care of yourself in today’s demanding world.
Through a candid, cross-disciplinary conversation, our panelists will share how women can better support their physical, emotional, and mental well-being - recognizing that true health is holistic, personal, and ever-evolving. From preventive care and body awareness to mental resilience and self-advocacy, this discussion will offer practical insights and compassionate perspectives to help women nurture their whole selves - at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
Whether you’re navigating a busy season, feeling stretched thin, or simply looking to be more intentional about your health, this conversation will meet you where you are - and remind you that caring for yourself is not indulgent, but essential.
