Greg Murray is a 35-year radio veteran and currently the C.B.O. (Chief Blabbing Officer) of MurrVox Voice Imaging, a radio and TV production company, that he and his wife Julie have owned and operated since 2000. Greg has worked in Country, Rock, and currently in the Contemporary Christian formats doing radio imaging and production. MurrVox serves more than 25 stations around the United States with imaging, underwriting, and concert tour production services. MurrVox is celebrating 25 years as a business!
Greg is also the Public Address announcer for the Columbus Blue Jackets, a position he’s held since the CBJ entered the NHL as an expansion team in 2000. In 24 years and 23 seasons, Greg has had the distinction of working every single Blue Jackets game in franchise history and to date has worked more than 900 consecutive CBJ home games.
Greg and Julie both grew up in Westerville, OH and at one time attended the same elementary school together but never knew each other until high school. They’ve been married more than 30 years and have two sons, Wesley, a professional videographer, and Cooper has been in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. Greg and Julie are advocates for the Central Ohio Alzheimer's Association and co-founders of the annual Voices ''FORE'' ALZ charity golf outing. To date, they have raised more than $180,000 for the Association. Greg and Julie live in the Columbus, Ohio area.
