Kristen Schmitt is an executive and team coach and founder of Thrive to Lead, LLC. She works with senior leaders, business owners, and leadership teams navigating growth, change, and the people challenges that come with leading at a higher level.
Before becoming a coach, Kristen spent more than 20 years in corporate sales and leadership, including serving as a vice president at Pearson. That experience shapes her practical, business-minded approach today.
Kristen believes the strongest leaders don’t choose between performance and humanity. She helps clients see the patterns beneath their challenges, have the conversations that matter, and create meaningful change in how they lead and work together.
She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a certified team coach, based in New Albany, Ohio.
