About Lisa: As an independently Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Lisa has spent 15 years of her career helping others through her practice as a therapist working with children, families, adults, and couples in an outpatient setting.  She is well-versed in a variety of treatment and therapeutic modals to provide the best individualized care and solution through an eclectic approach focused on client need.  Additionally, Lisa holds a certification specializing in the treatment of trauma symptoms.
Lisa has broadened her expertise over the past six years as an Executive and Business Coach with Sequent Consulting and currently with the consulting firm of Change 4 Growth where she also contributes as a Principal Consultant for Leadership Development.  Lisa’s customized approach to coaching benefits from her rich and in-depth counseling background and education.  She has had success guiding clients to solutions while breaking down the barriers to their success.  Lisa is a proponent of the importance of identifying pain points within an organization and working with leaders and their teams toward employee engagement and satisfaction.  Lisa shares her experience in advising and guiding leaders through Change 4 Growth’s flagship leader development program: Academy for Modern Professionals.  Her solution-focused approach is effective in assisting leaders and associates in finding their value and potential resulting in a positive, productive work culture.
Lisa has a Master’s Degree of Education in Clinical Counseling as well as post-graduate work in solution-focused brief therapy.  She is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and has training in Mindfulness Meditation.



About Kelli: As Chief People Officer for The Champion Companies, Kelli Berner has cultivated a multi-year award-winning company culture, through her focus on individualized career planning, values-based hiring practices and a welcoming, thorough training process that sets all team members up for long-term success in the organization. Kelli has a notable history of running successful human resources programs within organizations, starting with her career at Mettler-Toledo, where she transitioned from her role as an Engineer to Human Resources Manager, due to her recognizable skills in employee relations. Since joining Champion in 2015, Kelli developed the company’s human resources department completely from scratch, and her efforts at motivating and creating happy employees has earned Champion a spot on the Best Places to Work in Central Ohio list four years in a row, including #1 in 2018 and 2019. Kelli’s comprehensive approach to employee motivation and fulfillment starts with the very first interview. She found success in hiring practices that favor values over years of experience, especially when combined with her comprehensive training program that includes one-on-one attention, hands-on learning, and mentorship from more veteran team members. To keep employees engaged for years after their start date, she developed a detailed system for individualized career planning, and a year-long Emerging Leaders program to prepare employees for advancement. Her individual approach to employee development means that each employee’s career goals are tailored to their needs, which increases motivation and overall career fulfillment. In addition to her work at Champion, Kelli is on the Board of Directors for Children’s Hunger Alliance, and is active in the Cristo Rey High School student work-study partnership. She received a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
