He's come full circle in his career from running a family business early on, to managing businesses for corporations, and back to being a business owner and coach helping to transform local businesses using the proven systems that have been used by ActionCOACH around the globe for over 25 years. His biggest “Why” is honoring the memory of my father, a hard- working business man who provided for his family, but spent little time caring for himself, and sadly he passed away at a relatively young age.
