Weighted Hula Hoop Flow: build core strength & rhythm to music. No experience needed.
Weighted hoops make hooping easier to learn and harder to put down. This 45 minute class uses hoops heavier than the toy store kind to build core strength, coordination, and rhythm while you move. We'll warm up, drill waist hooping fundamentals, then flow to music. No experience needed, and hoops are provided. Expect a fun, low-pressure workout that sneaks in cardio and ab work while you're busy having a good time.
