Managing Director of Business Services & Development
Jessica’s passion has always been working with closely held businesses and entrepreneurs. As Managing Director of Business Services & Development, she develops tax strategies, implements tailored accounting processes and best practices, and coaches clients to better understand the ever-changing challenges and opportunities of their businesses.
Jessica graduated summa cum laude from the University of Findlay where she earned a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Accounting. In addition, she is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. With over 19 years of experience in public accounting, private industry, and having owned her own business, provided her a unique professional perspective and dedication to helping businesses succeed.
When not at the office, Jessica is likely attending a soccer, football, basketball, or volleyball event with her husband for one of their three children or cuddling up with one of her many pets.
Brad Griffith, CPA, CFP®, CRPC®
Financial Planner
Brad works out of our growing Westerville location and is a part of the financial planning team. He has a wide variety of responsibilities including meeting with clients, putting together financial plans, tax planning and preparation, and assisting business owners navigate the many complexities of business and personal finance. He is also the lead relationship manager for 401(k)’s and company retirement plans. He enjoys using his tax expertise to put together tax efficient financial plans and is glad to be a part of a firm that operates under the fiduciary standard – acting in the client’s best interest always! He enjoys the process of teaching and coaching clients and loves getting to build long term relationships with clients he works with.
Brad has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, National Social Security Advisor Certificate Holder, and plans to continue his pursuit of lifelong learning by adding additional credentials to assist clients. He began his career in corporate accounting before making the switch to financial planning in 2013. He joined the Buckingham Advisors team in 2018.
Brad and his wife, Becky, are active members and volunteer through their church, Vineyard Columbus. In his free time, Brad is a high school basketball official and enjoys playing basketball, golf, and staying active. He has a golden retriever named Winnie.
