Bring your lunch to learn about the partnership between the Westerville Area Chamber and Otterbein University to provide education opportunities to Chamber members and their families!
The Advantage Partnership Program offers tuition benefits to employees, spouses/domestic partners, and dependent children.
Phanawn Bailey, Advantage Program Coordinator, will be discussing the scholarship details, education and advancement opportunities, and the Otterbein student experience. This open table conversation will allow for opportunities to ask questions and hear more about partnerships between Westerville Area Chamber members and Otterbein University.

Phanawn Bailey, MBA
Advantage Partnership Program Coordinator
Phanawn is a double alumnus of Otterbein University, having obtained both his MBA and undergraduate degree in Finance with minors in economics and business management. Previously, he held positions as Multicultural Program Manager and Diversity Resource Manager, also at Otterbein.
As the Advantage Partner Coordinator, he uses B2B engagement to develop program promotional strategies, and acts as an Admissions Counselor for prospect and enrolled Advantage Scholarship students.
