- Sleep Optimization: Understand the importance of quality sleep during menopause and learn strategies to improve sleep hygiene and overcome insomnia.

- Define your Menopause Vision Statement: This is a guided short activity and worksheet in which you imagine and define precisely what you want for yourself and your life so you can develop your own Menopause Vision Statement.
