This interactive workshop will delve into the characteristics, values, and motivations of different generations present in the contemporary workforce, including Traditionalists/Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z. Through engaging discussions, case studies, and interactive activities, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics at play within a multigenerational team.

Dr. Brandon Kozar, Psy.D., MBA

Nationwide Children's Hospital
Dr. Kozar is a licensed clinical psychologist, Director of Leadership Coaching & Development, and Director of the YOU Matter staff support program for Nationwide Children's Hospital. He is the founder of Kozar & Associates, LLC, a management consulting, coaching, and succession planning firm. His primary responsibilities involve overseeing all mental and emotional health services for NCH hospital staff; and developing hospital leadership, coaching chiefs of medicine in growing and managing their divisions. Dr. Kozar specializes in leadership coaching, interpersonal and team dynamics, personality assessment, and employee mental health. He is a frequent presenter on topics related to leadership, emotional intelligence, stress management/resiliency, employee mental health, and interpersonal communication and conflict negotiation.
Born and raised in northeast Ohio, Dr. Kozar graduated Magna Cum Laude from John Carroll University with a Bachelor's of Science in psychology. He concurrently achieved his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and his Master's in Business Administration with a specialty in organizational development and leadership from Wright State University.
