During his tenure with the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Arroyo actively contributed to DoD Computer Network Operations, while on assignment with prestigious entities such as the National Security Agency Red Team, Marine Forces Cyber Command, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Central Command, and U.S. European Command. His frontline involvement in real-world operations, both as a retired active-duty service member and cleared government contractor, solidified his reputation as a seasoned professional in cybersecurity.

Mr. Arroyo's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Saint Leo University, a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Capitol Technical University, and he is currently attending THE Ohio State University Mortiz School of Law pursuing a Law Degree. He remains an esteemed member of professional affiliations such as ISC2, ECCouncil Advisory Board, and The ISSA Central Ohio Chapter.
Scot Burdette studied Business Administration/Computer Science at Glenville State College in West Virginia and earned his EDS Systems Engineering certification, while supporting technology operations for GM Buick, Oldsmobile, and Chevrolet factories.
Scot joined Columbus based ICC in 2001 as Vice President of Managed Services where he lead the team to develop and deliver Information Technology solutions to customers and partners. While at ICC, Scot was responsible for leading the solutions-based division that was voted #1 Software Development Firm, as well as #1 Web Development firm in Central Ohio 2005 to 2014.
Joining ABB in 2014, Scot's current role is the Global Division CIO for Measurement and Analytics.
Through this role, he leads global application, data and information expert teams to deliver integrated solutions for 3 business lines, 50+ countries, and 16 product lines through 17 factories and 14 technology centers.
Scot and his wife, Kelli live in Granville, Ohio, and have two sons living in the Columbus area. He serves on Church Council and Grow Group leader at Jersey Baptist church in New Albany where he and Kelli have been members since 1992.
Liam Durbin, Chief Information Officer

After graduating from the University of Mississippi on an NROTC scholarship, Liam began his career as a surface line officer in the US Navy. After 12 years, Liam resigned his commission to pursue an IT career with GE. Liam has held numerous CIO positions, with a focus on supply chain and consumer products, including GE Appliances, GE Fanuc (Digital), Heinz, American Tire Distributors and now with T. Marzetti.
Liam has been CIO for T. Marzetti for the past 5.5 years. In his tenure at T. Marzetti, he has successfully led a complex brownfield SAP implementation, the final of five waves successfully going live in August of 2024. Liam has a MS in Information Science from the Naval Postgraduate School and an MBA from William & Mary.
With the business transformation project (SAP) complete, Liam is focused on using SAP and Microsoft (PowerBI, PowerPlatform, CoPilot) to drive simplicity and business process improvement throughout the business, while building out the rest of the Technology Roadmap for Marzetti.
Mark Smolik, Chief Legal Officer
DHL Supply Chain Americas
Mark Smolik serves as the Chief Legal Officer for DHL Supply Chain throughout the Americas where he leads the company?s legal, commercial contracts management and regulatory compliance teams and provides strategic counsel across the organization. Mark is also a member of the company?s Executive Team and Board of Directors. He serves as Global Chair of the company?s Supply Chain Legal Services Practice Group with responsibility for helping drive best practices among the organization.
Before joining DHL, Mark served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Ethics Officer at Safelite Autoglass where he led the Legal, Human Resources, Ethics and Government Affairs functions. Prior to joining Safelite, Mark served as Senior Corporate Counsel with The Sherwin-Williams Company.
Mark earned his bachelor?s degree from John Carroll University and his juris doctorate from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, where he was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2017. He currently serves as Chair of the Westerville, Ohio Chamber of Commerce and was selected as the Chamber?s Businessperson of the Year in 2020. Mark serves as the Chairman of Qualmet, Inc., a legal technology company, and is a frequent speaker, and the author of numerous articles and publications, on leveraging AI, technology, and data to drive meaningful and measurable value and on the changing dynamics of the legal industry.

Angelo Mazzocco is Vice President of Advisory Services at Navigator Management Partners (Avaap), an industry-focused technology management and advisory services partner known for delivering strategic technology solutions and excellent customer experiences.
He is an accomplished information and technology executive, encompassing more than 35 years of leadership in multiple industries. Prior to Avaap, Angelo was President of 3SG Plus; Chief Information Officer of Central Ohio Primary Care; President of Pillar Technology Group; Chief Information Officer of Progressive Medical; Vice President and CIO of The Dispatch Printing Company and Affiliates; and he held significant roles with Andersen Consulting (now called Accenture), NCGroup/CompuCon, Nationwide Insurance, and NCR.
Angelo has served as an adjunct faculty member of The Ohio State University through 1997 and Otterbein University through 2022. He also served on the boards of Gladden Community Settlement House (until 2021); the American Heart Association (current); The Byron Saunders Foundation (current); Quick Solutions (until 2011); Navigator Management Partners, GroundWork Group; Afidence (current); Clinisync - OhioHealth Information Partnership (through 2021); RevLocal (through 2022); and Technology Advisory Board of OCLC. He and his teams have been the recipient of many awards, including Technology Innovation Team and Service Provider of the Year, Executive of the Year, Large Technology Team of the Year, Technology Service Provider of the Year, ComSpark Tech Power Award, among others. He is also a member of the Chief Data Officer Magazine Global Editorial Board, one of the Top 20 People to Know in Technology in Central Ohio, Volunteer of the Year for GroundWork Group, Gladden Community House Volunteer of the Year, and the recipient of TechColumbus' President's Award.
