Panelists:
Alfonso Stapler: Alfonso Stapler is the Director of Professional Talent Acquisition for Nationwide Children’s Hospital. He is an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with 15 years of TA experience, he enjoys using his skills to contribute to the overall mission of the children’s hospital with the “One Team value” approach; while developing hiring strategies that will help to advance the hospital's mission to best outcomes and healthy equity for all children. He graduated from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership Studies. When he is not at the hospital trying to change the world, he enjoys acting, traveling, fishing, and spending time with family.

Sharon DeLay:  With 20 years experience wearing the President title of her own business, GO-HR, Sharon has led her team through many changes in the workforce, especially employee recruitment and retention.  At this time, a primary focus is helping her clients create a desirable workplace for employees to want to stay and contribute to the growth and future of the organization.  GO-HR is a full-service, full-cycle HR consulting company that works with small and micro businesses, primarily in the professional services sectors.  They specialize in HR strategy and compliance, recruitment and onboarding, non-traditional benefits and payroll, training and development and corporate outplacement.  

Sharon is a Westerville Area Chamber Board Trustee since 2020 and serves on several committees.  She was recognized by the Chamber as the 2021 Business Person of the Year, and is the proud recipient of the Columbus CEO 2019 Excellence Lifetime Recipient Award, the 2019 WSBA Emerging Leader Award, and the 2015 NAWBO Columbus Women's Business Champion Award.  

Alli Redinger:  After working in the agency world of design and print buying, Alli now excels in commercial printing sales with Robin Enterprises. Starting as a summer intern and working her way through many roles, Alli's gained vast knowledge of the printing industry and is excited to pass that along to their clients.  Robin Enterprises is a third-generation family-owned business and is one of Ohio's largest high-tech, sheet-fed commercial printing companies.  

Alli served on the Westerville Area Chamber Board from 2016-2021, and was on the executive committee 2019-2021.  She chaired the Young Professionals Network in 2017, and is current co-chair for the Taste of Westerville Committee.  


Moderator: Matt Golden, Korn Ferry
Matthew Golden is a Senior Client Partner and the Midwest Organizational Strategy Leader, based in the firm’s Chicago office.  He has worked across many industries focusing on solving complex challenges using creative solutions. Mr. Golden has spent over 20 years working on talent strategies and initiatives within consulting, banking, life sciences, healthcare and manufacturing industries.  He focuses on talent management strategy and process execution. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of talent / people strategy, succession planning, performance management, HR effectiveness, change management, culture diagnosis and transformation, assessment and engagement.  He brings a practical approach to developing and implementing value-added solutions that deliver business impact. ​
