Chelsea C. Elliott, MSW is the founder and CEO of Sōmōcom Lab and creator of the EQ Kids Crew! ® The Social-Emotional Card Game for Kids. She always had a passion for working with children but discovered in graduate school that she could have a more meaningful impact on their lives if she worked with educators, parents, and families as a whole.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, a Master of Macro Social Work degree from Boston College, an Emotional Intelligence Coaching certification, and completed business programs through Cornell University and Goldman Sachs. She has been featured on the Today Show, Parents Magazine, Good Housekeeping, Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, Authority Magazine, The Karen Hunter Show on Sirius XM Radio, and other news and media outlets.

Her Emotional Intelligence presentation will focus on performance improvement - how Self-Aware, Self-Regulated, Socially Skilled, Empathetic, and Motivated professionals perform better than their non-emotionally intelligent peers.
