Deb Peluso is an organizational architect with 20+ years of experience working with leaders at all levels to build healthy, vibrant and productive organizations. She has built internal organization development and performance improvement teams, started and successfully ran her own company for more than ten years, and most recently led two business consulting practices at an international consulting firm.
Deb began her career working with nurses, fire fighters, pilots, Navy Seals, Army Rangers and others working in high stakes, time pressured situations. Based on how they made decisions and operated in high performing teams, she created organizational solutions, knowledge management systems, user interfaces, e-learning software, training programs, and new operating models for applications in healthcare, government compliance, consumer products development, international peacekeeping, and urban combat. After obtaining her Master in Organization Development degree, she held positions at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Sky Financial Group, Nationwide Insurance, and Honda of America Manufacturing, where she supported team effectiveness, organization design, organization development, culture change, and large-scale transformational initiatives.
In 2009, Deb founded The Change Collaborative LLC (TCC), helping clients drive organizational alignment, improve organizational performance and execute large scale change for clients across the United States and internationally. Since 2020, Deb has led both the People & Change and the Strategy Alignment and Architecture practices at Centric Consulting. In these roles, she drives practice management operations, marketing, business development, solutions strategy, and delivery excellence across numerous teams and clients. Her current focus is in building the StratATecture solution, focused on methodology, tools and playbooks for driving business and organizational transformation.
Deb is a published author in human factors, cognitive engineering, organizational development, human resources, and related literatures, an experienced conference speaker, and a frequently-invited guest for clients seeking thought leadership in business transformation and change.
