Alex "Fro" Frommeyer is the co-founder and CEO of Beam Benefits (formerly Beam Dental), a venture-backed, digitally native employee benefits startup that offers employers a fundamentally unique approach to ancillary coverage by incorporating healthy behaviors into policy pricing.A native of northern Kentucky, he has two engineering degrees from the University of Louisville's Speed School of Engineering, from where he graduated magna cum laude.
Fro is a Forbes 30 Under 30, a Rock Health alumnus, a member of the Kentucky Entrepreneur Hall of Fame, a Columbus Business First 2023 C-Suite Award recipient, and has been a featured speaker at Insurtech Insights, Startup Grind, and the BenefitsPRO Broker Expo.
