Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in central Ohio market. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and successful transaction for all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire real estate process.
- Market and advertise properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients.
- Obtain buyer’s agreements, coordinate property showings and facilitate property tours.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, and contractors.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role, prefer minimum of two years’ experience as licensed agent.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with fair housing regulations and Ohio real estate laws and ethics.
