I have been actively licensed in Central Ohio since 1975 beginning my career with HER Realtors. HER Realtors was one of the top residential real estate brokerages in the State of Ohio and merged with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services in 2022. I have been fortunate enough to sit on the Board of Director of HER, Founding Partner HER, Board of Directors of Columbus Ohio Association of Realtors, and named Columbus Realtor of the Year 2022. I have been actively engaged in building single family homes as a principal and marketing. Certified Relocation Specialist for many Fortune 500 Companies. Sold multiple farms with knowledge of both cultivating and subdividing along with single family, multi-family units and light commercial. Owned/managed investment properties over 40 years.
