That’s why I co-founded Latreia Coaching & Consulting, where we equip, engage, and inspire professionals to thrive by challenging their status quo and living with purpose. At Latreia, we work with executives, leaders, and sales professionals across industries, with a deep foundation in mortgage and real estate while expanding into other industries that seek stronger leadership, sales growth, and business development. Our approach goes beyond skill-building—we focus on sustainable success through a well-rounded, values-driven strategy.

With over 30 years in the mortgage and real estate industry, I’ve trained and consulted thousands of executives, leaders, managers, and sales professionals nationwide. My background includes leadership roles as a Project Consultant with HBM and Performance Specialist/Trainer/Coach for XINNIX, as well as a decade as a top-producing mortgage originator with 80% of my production in purchase business. As a licensed REALTOR® for 22 years, I built over $25 million in sales in my first two years by implementing innovative business strategies.
