In 1965, Edwin L. “Dubbs” Roush founded Roush Honda, a motorcycle dealership next to the hardware store. Dubbs began selling Honda automobiles in 1973 and later added used cars. In 1991, he made a decision that changed the lives of many. He sold the business to the employees, and in 1997, Roush Honda became 100% employee-owned.
