About Us
Our mission is to provide quality, efficient, and effective mental health services that encourage and support your journey toward personal serenity. Serenity to us means living a healthy, productive, and fulfilling life. Because of this, our therapists are committed to helping you navigate through the vulnerable points in your life. They do this with compassion and clarity, so that you are able to return to a place of peace and inner strength.
We provide a range of mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. We utilize a holistic approach with every person we serve that is both client-centered and strength-oriented. We offer individual, couples/relationship, and family, sessions and our therapists can meet with you in-person or via telehealth.
We provide psychiatric care and medication management though our mental health nurse practitioners. Our prescribers know that some medical issues can have symptoms that feel like depression and anxiety. They will work with your pcp and other providers to treat all of your conditions. Our goal is to have good patient outcomes while keeping you on the least amount of medication! (We do not prescribe controlled substances.)
