I’m an ADHD coach, consultant, trainer, and speaker dedicated to helping individuals and organizations thrive by understanding the power—and complexity—of the ADHD brain. Through personalized coaching, group programs, and dynamic trainings, I support clients in building systems that enhance focus, follow-through, and well-being.

As a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I specialize in executive function, mindset, and sustainable performance. I work with teens, adults, and professionals navigating life with ADHD, as well as with companies looking to better support neurodiverse talent.

In the workplace, I help employers understand how to retain and empower valuable team members who may struggle with traditional corporate structures. Many individuals with ADHD are deeply dedicated and full of innovative ideas—but they may need a different kind of plan that aligns with how their brains work best. By shifting perspectives and implementing inclusive strategies, companies can unlock greater productivity, creativity, and engagement across their teams.
