Our morning business seminar will feature - 2020 Vision: Building Relationships through Resilience & Emotional Intelligence
Throughout our session, the participants will gain personal insight as they hear the stories of other people’s resilience journeys. These stories will focus on
- Changing Your Lens
- Celebrating New Joys
- Finding Health
- Bouncing Back Faster
- Being Heard
After our break, participants will begin to explore the concept of emotional intelligence and learn why it is the number one predictor of leadership success. After a brief overview of the five components of emotional intelligence – self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skill – they will have the opportunity to spend a significant amount of time learning from one another in table topic discussions.
Our table topics include:
- What are the qualities you have observed in your best leaders? Why are these qualities important?
- How do you make your team members feel included and valued? What difference is this making to your business?
- How do you handle a situation when you realize you are wrong? What is your approach to making things right?
