Driving a Healthy Workforce: Practical Strategies for Business Leaders
Employee health and well-being are directly tied to productivity, retention, and company culture — yet building a sustainable workplace wellness program can feel daunting for employers of any size.
At the Westerville Area Chamber’s December Quarterly Membership Breakfast, keynote speaker Amy Upp, Senior Advisor for Customer Strategy (OhioHealth Employer Solutions), will unpack the “why” and the “how” of workplace wellness. Attendees will gain insights into:
-
How & why wellness programs work — and the measurable impact on employee engagement and performance.
-
Real-world success stories from both large corporations and small businesses.
-
Resources available across Central Ohio to support employers in designing or strengthening wellness initiatives.
-
Key questions employers should be asking their insurance companies about coverage, incentives, and support.
-
Interactive opportunities for attendees to share their own success stories and best practices with peers.
Whether your organization is just starting to explore wellness initiatives or looking to elevate an existing program, this session will provide inspiration, practical tools, and connections to help you drive a healthier, more productive workforce.
