About Us

Ebb & Float is a Social Wellness Club offering float therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and massage services. Our mission is to provide a space of deeply healing experiences for others to awaken to their divine potential and restore inner balance on their journey to the remembrance of self. Our flagship Downtown location opened in 2018 and our newest Polaris location opened in March of 2024 — both known for having friendly and knowledgeable staff, an intentional atmosphere, and Columbus’ best variety of wellness experiences.
