As an independent Financial Advisor, Sean Stark has built a successful practice in the Financial Services Industry since 2000. Sean’s goal was to create an organization to address the complexities of  investment planning with easy to understand language and to educate and implement services that will help his clients reach their financial goals. Working for a large hospital as a Registered Nurse for 10 years, Sean gained management experience in Orthopedics before specializing in Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgery (mostly open heart). Sean carried that servant’s heart for helping people into a career in Financial Health. He started in financial services, working on his own investment portfolio. Realizing his passion for the business, he began helping friends and family until his practice grew into serving the needs of state and municipal employees and fellow business owners. 

Shannon has worked in the financial field for over 15 years. Her professional background includes Financial Analytics, Business Operations, Sales, Management, Entrepreneurship, and Business Consulting and has held various roles in the field of insurance and analytics. Shannon holds 2 certifications from Harvard University’s Manage Mentor program in both Process Improvement and Organizational Leadership. She also holds a BA in Cultural Anthropology and Communications from Ohio University. In her free time, Shannon enjoys an active lifestyle, hiking, reading, yoga and experiencing new adventures with her husband and 10yo son. She resides in the Sunbury, Ohio area.
